We offer two convenient ways to provide your baby's prints:

1. Use our Online Capture Tool to easily capture and upload prints from the comfort of your home.
2. Mail us physical prints on paper, and we'll return them with your finished keepsake.

Your baby's prints are treated with the utmost care and security. All digital prints are encrypted and securely stored. We follow strict data privacy protocols and adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as well as state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

All print data is permanently deleted from our systems after your order is completed, ensuring your baby's sensitive information is protected.

Our standard production time is 10-14 business days from the time we receive your prints. During peak seasons, this may extend slightly. If you need your keepsake by a specific date, please mention this in the notes when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes to your order. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

As our keepsakes are custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue.

While our ceramic keepsakes are durable, we recommend hand washing to preserve the quality of the prints and any personalization. The high temperatures and harsh detergents in dishwashers can potentially damage the surface over time.

Store your keepsake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If you need to store it for an extended period, wrap it gently in acid-free tissue paper and place it in a sturdy box. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of it, as this could cause damage.
